Last year, I wanted to rent a villa in Patara, but since we were planning a late holiday, these villas were full. I booked my place early this year and I have never regretted my choice. The villa is in a very good location and its view, nature and calmness are great. It is a perfect place to relax. The stabilized road leading to the villa is a bit bad, it takes about 15 minutes to go down to the main road. The colorful armchairs and wooden sun loungers in the living room are not in the villa, instead the villa is in the limestone. There are green armchairs and plastic sun loungers. The number of cutlery is low. If you want to fill the jacuzzi, you can fill it only halfway with hot water, then the water gets cold, it takes a long time to warm up again and the 50 lt hot water capacity in the villa is insufficient. It gushes. The swimming pool was a little cold in October, but we were able to enter it anyway. The cleanliness and size of the pool is very good. In case of any need or problem, Mr. Hüseyin takes care of it immediately. We also thank him.

We had an 8-day holiday in Villa Lukka. Before we went, we read the reviews thoroughly. We went there. It was stated in one comment that the kitchen was not in good condition, I said how bad it could be, but I didn't take any items with me, but the kitchen was in really bad condition. All the dirt of the family before us was present on the kitchenware. Even glasses) And there was a very heavy smell in the kitchen. As soon as the food was left open, the whole kitchen was full of ants. The 4 km road was not very tiring and challenging. You can go to the center very easily when you need it. The weather, the pool, the jacuzzi were really nice. Since we were in September, the pool was really cold, but it was still nice. If you stock up on your food as you go to the centre, you don't have any problems. General house cleaning was also good. Huseyin Abi helped a lot and we thank him for everything. We had a really good week in Lukka, the view and the silence were really great.
I recommend it, but if you go, bring your own special kitchenware.
We had a holiday as 2 couples in Villa lukka in September. We did a rigorous research before renting the villa before the holiday. The last 4 km of the road to the villa is pretty bad, and I say be prepared with the taste of a horror movie :) As it is said, the surrounding of the villa does not cause much discomfort as long as you burn nice quiet coffee, the bees do not bother too much. Most of the kitchen utensils were in bad condition. The teapot was unusable, we asked for a teapot on the same day, but after 3 days Due to a fire in a region in Kalkan, pieces of ash flew into the pool, but it was not cleaned. The pool, which was said to be done every day, was not cleaned and unfortunately our garbage was not taken in the same way. At the end of a few days, the garbage was taken after we said it.
If the problems I have mentioned are resolved, why not.
Despite some minor problems, we had a very enjoyable holiday. Although the last 4 km mountain road on the way to the villa is a bit troublesome, the villa is in a wonderful location with its proximity to the center of Kalkan and with its nature, silence and view. If we talk about minor problems; we had a few power cuts in a week (caused by the municipality of that region), one bedroom jacuzzi was faulty and when we turned it on because we were not informed, we had water and power cuts when we turned it on, the other bedroom had a problem with the shower and toilet expenses, the bathroom part flooded and the sink in the common area It was also defective, there was water accumulation, the wooden sun loungers you see in the gallery and the L type sofa set in the living room are not available, the plastic sun loungers and sun loungers you can see in the gallery of Villa Limra (https://www.tatilvillam.com/kiralik-yazliklar/villa-limra/) The green sofa set is located in Villa Lukka, unfortunately we were not informed about this. this caused more bees to come and the pool was not cleaned regularly every morning. Villa Lukka is definitely a good choice if you want a quiet holiday away from the noise of the city.

The pool is very nice and the most important plus is Mr. Yusuf, who welcomes you there and runs to your every need. He was always helpful and took our every need, thank you. To count the cons; In transportation to the villa, the staff at the Tatilvillam branch were very lacking in directing them to the villa. They did not give the correct address to the taxi driver and as a result the taxi left us in the wrong place, we lost half an hour there and taxis usually do not want to go to the area where the villa is located. For this reason, it makes more sense to rent a car or come with your own car for this villa, because it is far from the center. When you come to the villa, there is a lamppost in the middle of the view. Although it has a great view, unfortunately the electricity poles and wires spoil the whole view. And since the villa is in a forest and far from settlement, the bugs can bother you a little outside. Overall it was a nice holiday.
Make sure you come with your own car or rent a car, you can bring something like medicine or cream for your body that will keep insects away.

Everything was great except for the possible minor things. The most I can say for this villa is its unique view; It is the wonderful heartwarming scent of nature with its comfortable, large pool overlooking this view and the beautiful bird sounds in the quiet, calm nature..

The hot water that warms up for Jacquzi cools down in 10 minutes, fill accordingly; And don't stay in the water longer than 20 minutes in a normal bath :)
