Villa Luma is a Spa villa located in the serene village of Üzümlü in the hills above Kalkan town. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday. The villa occupies two floors, on the ground floor is an open-plan living room and kitchen with an island and integrated dining table, chic modern furnishings and pool terrace access. The villa has been finished to a very high standard with quality fittings. To the side of this room is the indoor pool room which has large windows framing the landscape and distant Patara view. A private sauna and hamam (Turkish bath) are also included in the indoor pool room so guests will have This indoor pool can be used in winter months which means villa Luma can be rented all year round. On the first floor are the villas' three en-suite bedrooms, two double with jacuzzis set in marble that light up and a twin each with balcony access from where guests admire the views of green mountains, a quiet village and Patara beach and sea in the distance.
The pool terrace to the front of the villa has a large private pool, terrace with shaded dining area and built in BBQ and sunbathing area. An orange tree is featured growing out of the terrace and when in season guests can enjoy it's fruits. With it's natural surround ans spa facilities villa Luma will provide a wonderful holiday retreat.
Underfloor heating is available for no extra fee from the month of October through the winter months.
Üzümlü village where villa Luma is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a village lane and sheltered parking space is available next to the entrance.
Villa Luma is located close to another of our other featured villas; villa Dora. Groups who want to rent more than one villa close together are invited to explore these villas.
Our guests who want to stay in Villa Luma in OCTOBER-NOVEMBER-DECEMBER will only be able to use the living room + kitchen and 1 bedroom of the villa (Honeymoon concept). 2 bedrooms will be closed to use. Hammam & Sauna & Indoor pool will be in use.

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee of 150 EUR per week. The maximum temperature is 27-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
