Villa Mavi

Villa Mavi is a modern villa nestled in the hills of Kalkan's serene Kızıltaş area. With a contemporary and comfortable interior and a pool terrace that can be enclosed during the cooler months, this villa is a good choice for a honeymoon or family holiday and is available to rent all year round. The views, seen from every floor of the villa, capture the whole of Kalkan and the blue sea below. The pool terrace has an automatic cover system so guests can use the pool sheltered in the cooler months. There is  the option for the pool to be heated free of charge during the 'winter' months ( 1st October- 30th April ). Connected to the pool terrace/ pool room is the open-plan living room and kitchen which is filled with light from the large glass windows that encase the pool terrace. There are 3 elegantly designed generous en-suite bedrooms on the upper floors , one twin, one double and a master with a large separate jacuzzi room adjoined where guests can make the most of the uninterrupted views while relaxing in warm bubbles. 

The entrance to this villa is accessed up two flights of steps and there is a private sheltered car parking space at the road level next to the steps. The center of Kalkan is around a 15 minute walk from the villa following the roads downhill. However to return to the villa the uphill walk can be challenging in the heat so guests my wish to hire a car or use the reasonable priced local taxi service to take the uphill journey back to the villa.

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge (between October 1 - April 30)  on request. (Maximum 25 - 30 degrees) The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
