Villa Medine

Villa Medine is situated in the middle of nature in the green village of İslamlar above Kalkan town. This is a great property for guests who want to experience real village life as it is off the beaten track among local houses. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday. The terrace has a green natural view with mountains and trees beyond the pool. The infinity pool has an integrated children's pool and jacuzzi and on the terrace guests will find sunbeds, a seating group and dining table as well as a BBQ so guests can enjoy outdoor living to the full.

On the ground floor of the villa is a light, open- plan living room,  and kitchen with dining table as well as large comfortable sofas. A double suite is also located on the ground floor. From each of these rooms guests can access the pool terrace. The first floor has a generous master bedroom with spa features including a large jacuzzi open to the room and a private sauna.  Adjacent to the master is a spacious twin suite which shares a long balcony with the double room and from here guests can see the sea in the distance beyond the green mountains.

Islamlar village where villa Medine is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the local area. The villa  is found at the end of a gravel village road and there is parking space available next to the villa entrance.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
