Villa Milena is a luxurious villa located in KayaKöy, Fethiye; one of the world-famous holiday destinations. Situated in a very special location, it blends seamlessly with the blue and green of the sea, showcasing its modern and striking appearance. Its infinity pool and exquisite sea views create a captivating effect. Located in a quiet and peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, this villa offers an unforgettable holiday away from prying eyes. Decorated with high-quality and stylish furnishings within a spacious garden, the villa accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

Kayaköy village where our villa is found sits on the outskirts of Fethiye and Ölüdeniz. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, and an interesting history, however the amenities found close by are very limited.. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a gravel lane and parking space is available on the road next to the entrance. Kayaköy village is a wonderful place to explore, also know as the 'ghost village' due to it's abandoned historical buildings. Previously both Turks and Greeks lived side by side in this village and the village has been named a world friendship and peace village by UNESCO.

Note: The last 1 km of the road leading to our villa is narrow and unpaved.

1st Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom (Ground Floor)

Details: Double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, jacuzzi, baby cot, access to the pool terrace, and bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: Youth Bedroom (Ground Floor)

Details: 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, WC & bathroom (shared in the living room).

3rd Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom (1st Floor)

Details: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom, and balcony.

Note: Villa Poseidon, located right next to this villa, has a secluded pool. Families and groups of friends wishing to vacation together can rent both villas simultaneously.
