Completed in 2023, the villa has been luxuriously designed and has been furnished with comfortable and modern furniture. The pool terrace to Villa Peri has been has been partially hidden from the outside, making this an ideal villa rental for conservative families and honeymoon couples. The pool terrace also features an outdoor Jacuzzi; creating the perfect amount of luxury for your well deserved break. Located inside is an open plan kitchen and living room, with access to the pool terrace; creating the perfect entertainment environment. Furthermore to this there is a Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further twin bedroom, ideal for young children.

Kayaköy village where villa Peri is found sits on the outskirts of Fethiye and Ölüdeniz. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, and an interesting history, however the amenities found close by are very limited.. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a gravel lane and parking space is available on the road next to the entrance. Kayaköy village is a wonderful place to explore, also know as the 'ghost village' due to it's abandoned historical buildings. Previously both Turks and Greeks lived side by side in this village and the village has been named a world friendship and peace village by UNESCO.

Villa Peri is found nearby to Villa Lara and Villa Ece, making this villa an ideal for choice for guests who want to holiday close by to eachother.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
