Villa Nizam

Villa Nizam, available all year round, is a luxury secluded spa villa nestled in the green hills of Kördere above Kalkan town center. It's serene location and plentiful facilities will give our guests a magical holiday. The sea-facing pool terrace is the perfect place to relax with a choice of either indoor or outdoor swimming pool and sheltered pool table for guests to stay active. The indoor pool can be accessed from the outer pool terrace or the living room. To the rear of the indoor pool room you will find a private sauna and hamam (Turkish bath). A built-in stone BBQ, canopy shaded dining table and seating area are provided so guests can spend leisurely afternoons admiring the natural green and blue views. The villas' interior is modern and stylish with an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area and two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor (one double and one twin suite). The master bedroom has a double jacuzzi bath and both bedrooms have balconies facing out to the stunning sea views. 

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Nizam is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance.  Guests may wish to hire a car, the roads in this area are country roads and can be uneven in places. Parking is available at road level next to the villa entrance. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: Width 2.60 m Length 6.00 m Depth 1.20 m

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted for a weekly fee of 200 EURO between October 1st and April 30th on request. The maximum temperature is 25-30 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as M are determined by our authorized staff by means of GPS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
