Villa Pablo

Villa Pablo, located in Kalkan's Ulugol area, is a 3 bedroom villa with the total capacity to sleep 6 guests. With a spacious pool terrace, which features magnificent sea and nature views, Villa Pablo is the ideal place for guests looking for a relaxing break away to spend time with family. The pool terrace, which is the ideal place for entertaining loved ones is spacious and provides hours of fun; whether you want to relax by the poolside or soak up the suns rays. As well as this, there is a small grassed area, ideal for families with young children.

The interior of Villa Pablo has been designed with our valued guests in mind, and provides enough dpace for all members of the family to holiday together in one place. The open-plan kitchen lounge is modern and ideal for evening meals. Also located on this floor is the villas indoor pool, Turkish Bath and sauna. Villa Pablo features two double bedrooms, as well as a further twin bedroom; located in one of the double bedrooms is a jacuzzi - adding a little extra luxury to your well deserved holiday. 

Please note that the area in which our villa is found is located far out of Kalkan centre. We recommend guests to hire a car in order to explore the local area and use markets/shops etc. The roads in some parts may also be steep and rocky, and thus we recommend guests to hire 4x4.

NOTE: The enterance to this villa is reached via a flight of stairs (approximately 30 steps in total)

NOTE: There is an alarm and camera system in our villa against possible adverse situations.
NOTE : The last 700 m of the road that reaches the villa is a steep and slightly stabilized road.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: Width; 2.45 m Length; 4.8m Depth; 1.60 m 

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge between October 1st and April 30th on request. The maximum temperature is 25-27 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

2nd Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom (1st Floor)

Details : There is a double bed, a make-up table, a nightstand, an air conditioner, a wardrobe, a bathroom, and a balcony.

3. Bedroom: Teen Bedroom (1st Floor)

Details: There are 2 single beds, (can be combined) Make-up table, Nightstand, Air conditioning, Bathroom, Balcony.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
