Villa Pamera

This chic modern villa is situated in an elevated position with views that sweep down through Kalkan's rolling hills and far out to sea. Pamera is an excellent option for a honeymoon or family get-away due to it's tranquil position. This villa is a secluded villa, the pool terrace and interior are not overlooked so lends itself to conservative families or groups who are looking for total privacy and freedom on their holiday. The pool terrace is spacious and well equipped for a group of 4 with a large infinity pool and integrated children's pool. Two sunbeds can sit in the water to at one side of the pool. Shaded outdoor seating and dining areas are provided along with a BBQ so guests can feast in this peaceful setting and watch the pink sunsets in serenity.

The interior of the villa is spaced over two floors and is finished with modern furnishings. There is a light and spacious open-plan living area with fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. Two en-suite bedrooms are available, the ground floor bedroom can be made up as either twin or double and accesses the pool terrace. The master suite has a jacuzzi and shaded balcony where our guests can unwind and take in the view of Kalkan's Mouse and Snake islands floating on the turquoise sea. 

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Pamera is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. There is space to park a vehicle at the rear of the villa. Alternatively guest can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

Note: The deposit fee is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest unless there is any damage / ravage during the checks at the exit of the villa.
