Villa Pavilion

Villa Pavillion is a charming wooden villa located in the serene village of Üzümlü in the hills above Kalkan town. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday. The interior of the villa has bare wooden walls and beams in the bedroom. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room and kitchen which feel both homely and spacious as the front half of the building is double height with windows from top to bottom and the bedroom upstairs is mezzanine style and open looking down to the floor below. There is an open jacuzzi in the bedroom and from the bedroom through the upper windows guests can see the famous Patara beach and sea in the distance beyond the green mountains and village. 

The pool terrace is spacious with a large infinity pool, outdoor dining area with BBQ and sunbeds and to the side is a green garden. The views from both the terrace and interior of the villa are of the enveloping green mountains and traditional village below. Guests will feel fully relaxed surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Üzümlü village where villa Pavillion is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a village lane and sheltered parking space is available next to the entrance.

Villa Pavillion is located close to another of our other featured villas; villa Aşk. Groups who want to rent more than one villa close together are invited to explore these villas.

The pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.
