Villa Puren

Villa Püren is located in the serene village of Üzümlü in the hills above Kalkan town. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday.The villa is spread across one floor with an open-plan living room and kitchen with dining table, modern furnishings and pool terrace access. To either side of this room are the villas' two en-suite bedrooms, the master of which has a jacuzzi and both access the pool terrace. The pool terrace has an infinity pool, outdoor dining area with BBQ and sunbeds for all guests. The views from both the terrace and interior of the villa are of the enveloping green mountains and the world heritage site ogf Patara and the sea in the distance. Guests will feel fully relaxed surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Üzümlü village where villa Püren is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a village lane and parking space is available next to the entrance. The entrance is accessed down a gated flight of steps.

The pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.
