Villa Roma

Villa Roma, located in Patara Kalkan, is a two bedroom secluded villa ideal for honeymoon couples or conservative families. Completed in June 2022, Villa Roma has been designed with our guests in mind and offers guests a comfortable break away. The pool terrace is spacious and features an outdoor dining aea, ideal for evening meals or even relaxing by the poolside on top of the sun loungers. Located inside is a modern and comfortable open plan kitchen living room, which has been designed with a wood and stone design; allowing guests to truly soak in their natural surroundings. Villa Roma has two bedrooms, one main Master Suite which comes complete with jacuzzi, as well as a further twin bedroom; ideal for young children or extended family members.

Villa Roma, is located 1km frm Patara's centre, and thus we advise guests to hire a car if planning to stay here.

Living Room: Pool and Nature View (Ground Floor)

Details: There is a seating group, satellite TV, a dining table for 4 people, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom (Ground Floor)

Details: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, baby bed, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

2.Bedroom: Suite Junior Bedroom (Ground Floor)

Details: There are 2 single beds (can be combined), Nightstand, Air Conditioner, Wardrobe, Make-up table, Bathroom and Pool terrace.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
