Villa Roza 3 is one of three identical villas situated in an elevated position close to the center of Kalkan. This large villa has beautiful views of Kalkan and the bay with an infinity pool and integrated children's pool. With it's multiple bedrooms, amazing views and peaceful ambiance Villa Roza 3 is great choice for a large family for a relaxing holiday experience. 

The pool terrace connects to a bright open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen and hosts a large pool for adults and children as well as a table tennis table and BBQ so there is plenty for guests to keep entertained. The upper floors have 4 en-suite bedrooms with modern glass walled bathrooms. Each bedroom makes the most of the fantastic sea views with front facing balconies and a roof terrace on the top floor connected to the master bedroom.

The entrance to the villa is access through a gate and up two flights of steps. At the road level there is parking space for guests who wish to hire a car. While villa Roza 3 is walking distance to Kalkan town it's location in the Kızıltaş area means the return walk is continuously uphill. Guests may wish to hire a car or consider using the reasonably priced local taxi services to return to the villa. The walk down is pleasant but the return walk is more challenging, especially if guests have been shopping.
