Villa Safir

Villa Safir is found in a peaceful location in Kalkan's Kördere area.  Nestled in green hills the villa is surrounded by nature and rolling hills of olive groves stretch out in front of the villa to the sea in the distance. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that is totally hidden from the outside and there is nothing obscuring the front of the property. This makes villa Safir an ideal holiday place for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy and freedom on their holiday. The pool terrace's unique design is striking with a T shaped pool at the center and the villas building and terrace platform areas are built to either side of the pool. One side of the terrace is accessed through the open-plan kitchen and living room and here guests will find an outdoor dining area. The other side of the terrace is accessed through the villas wonderful private spa and has a sunbathing and sitting area. As well as the outdoor pool the villa has an indoor pool situated in it's very own spa room with private sauna and hamam (Turkish bath). 

From the pool terrace you can enter the ground floor of the villa where the open-plan living room and kitchen sit on the opposite side of the building from the Spa. Spacious room is full of light and fitted with comfortable contemporary furnishings. The upper floor is home to the villas 3 en-suite bedrooms, 2 master doubles with colourful hung-ceiling features, grey and black marble bathrooms and a large jacuzzi  tub.  A further twin suite is found on this floor. All bedrooms have balconies with seats so our guests can rise to admire the beautiful landscape. 

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Safir is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the roads leading to the villa are country roads and can be uneven. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

Adjacent to the indoor pool is a private sauna and Turkish bath.

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge (between October 1 - April 30)  on request. (Maximum 26 - 27 degrees) The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note : The deposit fee is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest unless there is any damage / ravage during the checks at the exit of the villa.

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as M are determined by our authorized staff by means of GPS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
