Villa Sazak

Villa Sazak, is a 1 bedroom luxury villa located in Kalkan's Uzumlu region. The pool and it's pool terrace have been secluded from the outsice, allowğing guests to holiday in privacy. Designed with our valued guests in mind Villa Sazak has been thought out to every fine detail; with the lower ground floor of the villa featuring an indoor pool, sauna and large space for relaxing. As well as featuring a stylish mezzanine Master suite and jacuzzi, this villa is the ideal place for honeymoon couples to escape to.  

Üzümlü village where villa Sazak is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries.

The indoor pool to this villa can be heated free of charge between 1st October and 30th April. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Living Room: Pool and Nature View (Ground Floor)

Details : Seating group, Satellite TV, Air conditioning, Exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom, Nature View (1st Floor)

Details : There is a double bed, a nightstand, an air conditioner, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a bathroom, a Jacuzzi and an exit to the balcony.

On the Ground Floor: Heated Indoor Pool, Sauna, Treadmill and Bathroom.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
