Villa Serengeti

Villa Serengeti, completed under Baransel Group's construction during 2023, is a an ultra modern and luxury villa with the capacity to sleep 10 guests across 5 bedrooms. With both an indoor and outdoor pool as well as favourable features such as a sauna and Turkish bath, Villa Serengeti is the perfect place for families and friends to spend quailty time together. The pool terrace to our villa is spacious and provides plenty of room for guests to sunbathe, relax and even dine al fresco whilst watching Kalkan's spectacular sunset over the bays below. Villa Serengeti's basement floor will provide you with hours of entertainment, whether staying here in the height of Summer or looking for a relaxed Winter break; a sauna, Turkish bath, indoor pool, cinema room, games area and gym room have all been incorporated into the villa to provide an ultimate luxury experience.

The interior of Villa Serengeti has been comfortably furnished with moder furnishings and decor, allowing guests to feel at home. The living room and kitchen dining area have access onto the pool terrace, and allow guests to bring the outdoors inside. Furthermore to this Kalkan's sunsets can be watched from the comfort of the living room, and a feature fireplace has been fitted for those cosy winter evenings. A total of 5 en-suite bedrooms can be found inside the villa; providing enough space for all members of the family - two twin bedrooms and three double bedrooms. Villa Serengeti has a roof terrace area, which has been designed with or guests in mind. From here guests can soak up the sun's rays, and enjoy time in the outdoor jacuzzi; creating lasting memories.

Villa Serengeti is found in Kalkan's Lavanta area, more precisely found just off the main road leading into Kalkan. We would recommend guests staying here to hire a car or use taxis to explore the local area.

The indoor pool can be heated for heated free of charge between 1st October and 30th April. During the other months the pool heating costs 200 euros per week. We recommend guests request this feature at the time of booking, as this may take up to 3 days to fully heat.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 300 EUR The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
