Villa Sirius

Villa Sirius is one of the most uniquely designed villas in our collection. Situated in the greenery of Kalkan's Kördere area it has wonderful sea views and intriguing architecture. The pool terrace and gardens are secluded making this villa an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who desire total privacy on their holiday. The generous outside grounds are split over two levels with the children's pool at the bottom of the garden and the curved large pool with jacuzzi function on the top level.  There is plenty of sunbathing space and a canopy shaded outdoor dining area so our guests can enjoy leisurely days in this remarkable outdoor space.

The interior of this villa is equally striking with a curved shape to the whole front of the building with double storey windows which flood the rooms with light and frame the view perfectly from both the ground and first floor. On the ground floor guests will find a spacious split level kitchen and living room with breakfast bar and stools, comfortable seating group and the first of three en-suite bedrooms. The twin suite is found on the ground floor and the two double suites are found on the first floor. Follow the spiral staircase up to the first floor where the unusual architecture continues. The upper floor is designed in mezzanine style with a large landing which overlooks the floor below and out through the double height windows at the sea view. Here there is another seating area shared by the two double bedrooms and a separate jacuzzi room- again positioned to look out at the sea view. The double suites are identical with stylish furnishings, balconies to the side of the rooms and large glass sliding doors which allow guests to enjoy the view from the comfort of their beds. With all this space, the breathtaking views and generous gardens guests will have an enchanting holiday at villa Sirius.

Note : Guests should be aware that the spiral staircase does not have a had rail.

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Sirius is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance.  Guests may wish to hire a car, the roads in this area are country roads and can be uneven in places. Parking space is available at the villa entrance. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

Note : The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as M are determined by our authorized staff by means of GPS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
