Villa Soho

Villa Soho is a magnificent villa with a unique view in Kalkan's peaceful Kördere area. This secluded spa villa has been expertly finished down to the finest details for our guests to enjoy a rejuvenating escape. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that is partially hidden from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience more privacy on their holiday. The pool terrace features Soho's most striking feature; it's infinity pool which merges seamlessly with the Mediterranean sea below. Space has also been made for outdoor seating and an outdoor dining table under a canopy shade with built in stone BBQ and sunbathing area. 

The outstanding natural views can be enjoyed throughout the interior as each room is designed with large windows which face the sea. The ground floor offers a light open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The dining area is at the center f this space and the double height ceiling fronted by large windows create a grand and spacious feel. The landing of the first floor is mezzanine and looks down to the living space and out the the sea views. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms in the villa on the upper floors all of which have private balconies for enjoying the views day and night. The master bedroom on the second floor has an indoor heated pool open to the room and access to the villas' private sauna and hamam (Turkish bath) providing the perfect place to de-stress. Given the villas elevated position the pool terrace is fully sheltered from the outside world with uninterrupted views and awaits our guests for an unforgettable holiday. 

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Soho is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. Parking is available near the villa entrance.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: Width 3.00 m Length 5:00 m Depth 1.10 m 

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge between October 1st and April 30th on request. The maximum temperature is 25-27 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.
