Villa South Side, located in Bodrum’s Yakaköy region, is a unique villa with the capacity to sleep up to 12 guests amongst 6 ‘apartment style’ rooms. Tucked away between olive trees and pine trees in the quiet area of Yayaköy, Villa South Bodrum is the ideal holiday destination for groups of friends or extended families looking to holiday together.

The villa constsist of 2 seperate 1 bedroom and 1 living area apartments, plus 4 studio apartments, all with access onto the large pool terrace. Here, guests can enjoy soaking up the sun’s rays whilst being surrounded by nature. Each apartment has been tastefully decorated giving a boutique feel to the villa. Guests can enjoy stunning views from their own bedrooms, whilst enjoying spending time with loved ones Villa South Side also allows for each guest to have slone time with their special ones.

NOTE: Villa South Side is rented out as a villa only, therefore when renting the villa, no other guests will be present in other apartments for your chosen dates.

NOTE: There is a small bungalow style self contained apartment behind the villa, where other guests may be staying. The walk up to the villa does use the same pavement.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 500 EUR. If no damage is detected during the checks at the villa exit, the deposit amount will be refunded to the guest.
