Villa Sunay

Villa Sunay is a chic modern villa found in the charming peaceful village of Islamlar above Kalkan town. With both an indoor and outdoor pool this villa is available to rent all year round. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday. The terrace is surrounded by fencing and trees and the view sweeps down across the natural green landscape. A private pool sits at the center of the terrace and a sheltered, outdoor dining and seating area on a wooden platform are found to the side of the pool. A comfy swing seat and ample sunbathing space are also available for guests to unwind in the natural setting. 

The interior covers two floors with colourful design and stylish fittings in every room. The ground floor homes the open- plan living room and kitchen which is adjacent to the villas' indoor pool room. In this room guests will discover a heated indoor pool, private sauna and shower. From here guests can access the pool terrace and through every window the same calming natural views can be admired. The first floor has a spacious master suite with jacuzzi and a twin suite. Each of these has a long balcony with views of the pool, green mountains and in the distance the sea at the famous beach of Patara can be seen.

Islamlar village where villa Sunay is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the local area. The villa entrance is accessed through a large gate and onto a private drive where closed parking space is provided.

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge between October 1st and April 30th on request. The maximum temperature is 25-27 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.
