Located close by to restaurants, markets and Fetih Bey Park, this new build villa is the ideal holiday location for extended families looking to holiday together. Villa Terrace has a private pool and pool terrace with feature dining area, perfect for evenings spent relaxing, as well as a lounge and further kitchen area located on the villa's roof floor. The roof floor to this villa is also home to a further terrace, featuring magnificant sea-views and is the perfect place for evenings spent relaxing away. Villa Terrace has been modernly designed, and furnished with luxury and comfortable fittings, allowing our valued guests to be able to holiday and relax in complete luxury. All five bedrooms to this villa come complete with en-suite bathrooms.

Due to this villas location, guests are not required to hire a car, as local bus routes can be found 50 metres away. Further to this supermarkets and mini markets are all a short walk away. For guests wishing to hire a car side street parking is available.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
