Villa Titanic

Villa Titanic is a magnificent large villa with a unique view in Kalkan's peaceful Kördere area. This  large secluded villa has been stylishly finished down to the finest details for our guests to enjoy a rejuvenating escape. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday. 

Outstanding natural views can be enjoyed throughout the interior as each room is designed with large windows which face the sea. The ground floor offers a light open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen which connects to the pool terrace. The first of the villas 5 bedrooms is adjacent to the living space, a spacious double suite with direct access to the pool terrace- ideal for guests with mobility difficulties. There are a further 4 en-suite bedrooms spaced over the two upper floors all of which have private balconies for enjoying the seascape views day and night. There are two master bedrooms on both the first and the second floor with a Turkish bath bathroom concept providing the perfect place to de-stress. In the other double and twin suites a jacuzzi is fitted. Given the villas elevated position the pool terrace is fully sheltered from the outside world with uninterrupted views and awaits our guests for an unforgettable holiday. 

The pool terrace has a large infinity pool at it's center with an integrated jacuzzi. There is a shallow end of the pool where 4 sunbeds can sit in the water. The large terrace platform offers plenty of space for sunbathing, a canopy shaded seating area, outdoor dining table and swing seat all with the breathtaking backdrop of Kalkan's picturesque bay and islands floating on the sea.

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Titanic is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. Parking is available near the villa entrance and the villa i accessed down a flight of steps.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
