Villa Yen

Located in Kalkan's quiet village of Üzümlü is Villa Yen; a new luxury 3 bedroom villa with the capacity to sleep 8 guests. Modernly decorated and comfortably furnished Villa Yen awaits guests for a Summer filled with luxury. The large pool terrace features a spacious pool and plenty of spaces for sunbathing and dining al-fresco. Furthermre to this the indoors is light and airy; allowing guests to relax and enjoy eachothers company. Guests can enjoy their own private indoor pool and sauna whilst enjoying being surrounded by Kalkan's nature.

Üzümlü village where villa Yen is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries.

Note: The bed in the cinema room is not used as a bedroom. It is only used as a resting part. There is also an armchair in the cinema room.

The indoor pool of our villa is heated and can be acticated free of charge between 1st October and 30th April. Pool heating may take up to 3 days to full heat, so we recommend guests request this feature at the time of booking.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 300 EUR. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
