Villa Yuksel 4

Villa Yüksel 4 is situated high up on the hills of Kördere above the town of Kalkan. From here the views of rolling green hills meeting the endless sea are breathtaking. This is a wonderful property for a honeymoon couple with an indoor pool and jacuzzi and is available to rent all year round. This property is a secluded property as the pool is indoor and there is nothing obscuring the front of the property. This is an ideal romantic get-away for conservatives guests or guests who want to experience total privacy and freedom on their holiday.

The interior is spread across one floor, is contemporary and light and with a total open-plan design connecting each room this villa feels spacious. You enter to the bedroom en-suite with corner jacuzzi  and continue to the living room and kitchen which have a view of the indoor pool right in front and the stunning panoramic sea view beyond. The incredible sea views can be enjoyed from every point in the villa framed by the full height windows at the front of the villa. 

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Yüksel 4 is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. The villa entrance is accessed by going up a long flight of steps and parking is available at road level below the villa. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

Villa Yüksel 4 is one of four villas built adjacent to one another and this villa sits below villa Yüksel 1. The entrances to these villas are completely independent from one another. For groups who are considering renting more than one villa we recommend taking a look at the other villas next to Yüksel 4; Yüksel 1, Yüksel 2, Yüksel 3 and villa Espada which is just below the Yüksel villas. 

Indoor Pool Dimensions ; Width: 3,50 m Length: 8,00 m Depth: 1,50 m 

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted free of charge between 1st October and 30th April. The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. Note: The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
