I would like to thank the Tatilvillam family and the villa staff very much. The villa is in a great location, the cleanliness is nice, meets the expectations, just buy the food products and start your holiday, alarm for security, thank you very much for everything.

Fantastic villa in a great location in Kalkan. The hill to the villa from the town is steep and last bit to the villa is very steep, but the taxis are very cheap and frequent if you are not up for the hike.

Really lovely new villa (build 2018), spacious 2 bedrooms with indoor pool in one and jacuzzi in the other... crazy really! But to be honest the outdoor pool & the view did it for us. It was absolutely breath taking. We stayed at villa Akruins for 10 days & every day we were overwhelmed by the view. Morning, day & night. Just beautiful. The villa has good WiFi & well needed air conditioning. It is located 5 mins drive from the town, right at the top of the hill. We hired a car but used taxis every nights. At 25TL the journey it’s was very affordable. Kalkan is an amazing place. Fabulous restaurants & lots of quality fake designer shops if it’s your thing... we would recommend this villa and hope to go back too. The owner Abdullah was very friendly. We had an amazing holiday with our 2 teenagers kids. So glad we found villa Akruins.

Our flight was delayed, we didn't arrive at the villa until 5am, Ugur had filled the fridge with milk, eggs etc. & fresh bread so we had something for breakfast in the morning. This was a very welcoming gesture & much appreciated after a very long journey.

We visited Villa Roza 1 over Easter and had a fantastic time. The villa is very spacious and clean, with plenty of room for all. The pool is excellent (although cold in April!) and the rest of the villa is well fitted out. The transfer organised by Mustafa was well organised and on time, while the cleaners were excellent and very discreet (We never heard them while sleeping in!). All in all a lovely Villa in a great location for Kalkan. Highly recommend.

Have just returned from this lovely villa in Kalkan. The location is fabulous if you don't mind a hill or two. The villa is excellent, very spacious inside and out, clean and comfortable, would highly recommend. Infinity pool overlooking the bay was stunning. The agent was very helpful and responsive. Kalkan is a beautiful town, with breathtaking views along the whole coastline. Plenty of bars and restaurants. The locals were very friendly and courteous. Well worth taking one of the boat trips which you can book through an agent in the town - we went on Kekova Boat Trip, really good value for money at about £20pp inc lunch and some beautiful places to stop off and swim with stunning scenery. Would definitely go back - loved it.

Every thing was very nice close to Migro & restaurants and beach. Just Internet was very slow and only have English news channels and Turkish channels

Located just above Kalkan, Villa Yuce offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the bay which are particularly enjoyable at sunset. The villa was very clean and kitted out with every amenity needed. With an ensuite bathroom attached to each bedroom and air conditioning in every room, we had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable week. Our property manager was exceptional; he organised airport transfers as well as providing us with excellent information about the local area and activities. We had a fantastic week and I would highly recommend Villa Yuce.

Absolutely amazing villa with beautiful views over Kalkan. All the rooms were very spacious and the outside pool area a good size to fit a large group with unbelievable views but still only a 5 minute (40 Lira) journey to Kalkan. The stay was perfect and would definately go back!

Stayed here early July, amazing villa, lots of room, out of way but still close to town/harbour! Highly recommend! Would definitely return!

Villa Yuce had everything we wanted for an amazing vacation on the coast! Our group consisted of four adults and two children (2.5 years old and 10 months old), and the house had PLENTY of space! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony, including a rooftop terrace! The pool and outdoor spaces were our favorite, which included grilling fresh caught fish on the outdoor grill and then eating poolside on the nice big table! This villa is super private which is nice compared to other villas that sit on top of one another. In addition to the house, pool and beautiful surroundings, the owner and manager are incredibly helpful as well. I had a little car trouble, and since I can't speak Turkish, they actually took my car to a local mechanic to have it looked at - the hospitality is overwhelming!!!! I highly recommend this property to anyone interested! Cheers!

Villa Yuce is located all alone of a hill with beutiful view over Kalkan bay, you don't need to be wafraid to disturb anyone. The Villa has all you need for a great vacation but the little extra is missing, i.e. we bought a juice press to the house that now also other guests can use. Normally you get some kind of information about the vila and area around it at arrival or there is a folder in the villa but here we didn't get anything. The pool have a good size and is very clean but the dining table outside is only for 8 and we was 10 peaple so we needed to take down a small table from one of the balconies. Otherwise it's like other villas in Turkey: warmwater problems, a lot of animals (we saw scorpions, camel spiders, bugs, cats, dogs, bats and more) and A/C problems (solved during our stay). Every room have it's own bathroom with shower and despite some minor problems I don't think you will be disapointed at your stay at Villa Yuce
