Clean and very modern villa. Lovely infinity pool but not a great deal of outside space. The bedrooms are spacious and with the exception of the downstairs bedroom, they are all ensuite. Good aircon throughout. There is no guide or villa handbook re facilities, local amenities etc which would have been useful.Although a few basic provisions were given, such as bread and milk etc, there are no store cupboard basics so you have to buy everything and the supermarkets are expensive. Get you alcohol at the airport and bring basics with you as the cupboards are bare!. Short, very hilly walk to beautiful Kalkan with loads of restaurants. Wear flat shoes!

What a fabulous stay we had here, a gorgeous villa that amazed us from the minute we arrived.. a stunning location overlooking Kalkan Bay with the most amazing view from all rooms... gorgeous pool area and games room which our kids loved. All the rooms were fabulous, cool, crisp and wonderfully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. Obviously the walk up and down from the villa is not for the faint hearted but worth it all the same as taxis always on hand when needed. Our only complaint would be the lack of hot water, we never washed up in the kitchen once with warm water, we mentioned it several times to manager of villa but still couldnt get it resolved also showering was similar... maybe slightly better pillows and a couple of extras would have also been nice, but apart from those two things it is a truly wonderful, enviable villa and so glad we got to stay in it... sure we will be back .. My holiday family of 6 adults and 5 children aged 4 to 8 stayed at this villa in October 2019. This Villa was spacious and had a marvellous infinity pool with a baby pool at one end. We had an excellent welcome package milk, water, bread, honey etc. All the bedrooms were spacious, all with en suite bathrooms bar one. The views were amazing. Only a short walk in to town to where the are hundreds of restaurants and shops. Throughly recommend this Villa.

From the moment we arrived the villa was perfect. Everything and more you could need for a family holiday. Ugur was brilliant with communication before the holiday and during our stay. The villa was lovely, spacious and plenty of room for our 5 children to play. They loved the pool and the games room. Town is only a short work down a hill and we got a taxi back for less than 10 lira (about £2). We will definately be back hopefully next year. It really is so relaxing and perfect. Ive stayed in a lot of villas and this tops them all by far. Thanks Ugur. ----------

Excellent location although steep Very well equipped

Villa Lara is a place where you can see exactly the same as the pictures shown on the internet, a conservative environment is not visible from the outside, we liked the indoor heated pool, it was very nice, it is a place where you can safely go and relax. I can also recommend it to you in winter. It has air conditioning, indoor pool, sauna. We can definitely recommend as a family. We had a lot of fun, we liked it very much, and we recommend it to everyone.

We have been doing this kind of holiday for the last 5 years. This time we chose Lara as well , as we did so , the villa is very close to many breakfast and dining places , the interest and relevance of the owner of the villa and his family were also very good , so when you have a problem , they are in contact to solve the problem very quickly . We were satisfied as a family. Have a nice holiday already :)

We went at the beginning of January. Frankly, the uneasiness was to see if it was like on the Internet or not. When we went, the company introduced us to the landlord, as we read in the comments, the owner of the villa, Mehmet Bey. Thank you for your smile and interest. Villa frenk is always on the holiday category list that we will recommend.

On the recommendation of a friend of mine, we rented the villa style in September as 2 families. We went so prepared that there was no need to eat and drink. The villa is 15 minutes away from the center of Kalkan. There is no need for that much preparation as there are markets, greengrocers, butchers and restaurants on both the center and the village road. The village offers you the pleasure of a holiday in the forest with a private pool. The interest of the villa owner, the agency and the staff for your special shortcomings is very nice and sincere. Now you can say why you commented on the September holiday. I conveyed the details to the villa owner that they missed some things. There were noises and cracks in the doors and beds. Some materials were old. I conveyed these details to the villa owner in case a friend would say it. The room said that the necessary renovations were made in the past days and they replaced it with new ones. Or they said they were waiting for a vacation again. Also, my friend who recommended it was aware of the event and said that the necessary arrangements were made, and I wanted to thank you here.

We chose Villa Lord for our honeymoon in the first week of November. Although we left with many worries in our minds, we had a very good week. The villa has all the things you might need. Close to the centre. Close to markets. Sheltered clean beautiful. Definitely recommended for honeymoon

Perfect for a vacation to relax. It offers you nature and the sea together. The garden of the villa, being close to Kaş and very close to Kaputaş beach, makes the beauty perfect. We were very, very satisfied. The hosts, Mr. Mehmet and Mr. Mustafa are very excellent people. Thank you very much for the peppers, eggplants, grapes and pomegranates we ate from the garden. Everything was perfect.

Hello, we thought we should comment on Villa Sunay after the honeymoon we spent in Villa Sunay between 16-21 December 2019. Considering that most people decide by looking at the comments before renting a villa, which is what we did. It was our first villa rental experience and it was good that we rented a villa instead of a hotel, and Villa Sunay made us very satisfied. Especially the hospitality of the Villa owner, Yılmaz Bey, and his always being interested increased our satisfaction. Many thanks to Villa Suna for a beautiful honeymoon holiday.
