We had a very nice holiday away from the daily stress. The environment is nice and the rooms were clean. I would like to underline that the pool is amazing ( daily maintenance ) !
Customer satisfaction is given great importance in the villa (Many thanks to the Director).
The house is very close to the center. The Bazaar/Market (by car) can be easily reached upon request. Although there is no sea in the view, the beauty of the mountains is more than enough (You can watch the sun go down after the mountains). You can watch the sun go down after the mountains).
A great design, a very nice location, I searched and couldn't find it, thank you for everything, I will definitely go again in the summer of 2020
A really perfect Villa is an ideal place for those who want to have a quiet holiday. Buy a car for those who want to travel and see. Mehmet Bey, the owner of the villa, is helpful in every way, he asks about the situation, he was really interested
With us. The pool is cleaned every morning. I can definitely recommend this place.
If you have looked at the video of the villa, there is more, nothing less, everything is as described. The villa attendant Yusuf Abi was sincere and friendly and helped me in every way, I would also like to thank him. But you definitely need a car. A little far from central places
When we arrived, we realized that it was not even forested on all four sides, but a cultivated field. At the entrance of Sarıbelen village. There is nowhere to walk. I recommend that you come with your car. Villa ezgi, Kerem etc. It is valid for 4 villas with exactly the same concept, built adjacent to each other. Frankly, as a result of an incident we experienced, we realized that the villa was not very safe. The air temperature can drop by 6-7 degrees compared to the beach where the villa is located. Kitchen utensils are missing and pots and pans are deformed, they need to be renewed, we bought plastic cups and plates from the market and used them. There is table tennis, but all 4 villas have been unusable for a long time and have not been renovated. Cleanliness is good, not bad, the pool is not big, but still useful. It's not bad in the garden with birdlife.
This property is absolutely fantastic! This villa is a short distance from Kalkan, which is actually preferred, as the villas surrounding the local town Kalkan are all really clustered together, whereas this one is a short distance away at the top of a mountain with only 4/5 properties in that vicinity, which makes it lovely and private. The sun is over the villa from 9/10am and sets over the view of Patara beach, meaning you have 11 hours of straight sunshine over your villa. The property has everything that you would need, and is extremely clean. Meet at their offices in Kalkan, after which they take you to your villa. Our caretaker Yusef was very kind, and he looked after us all week. He gave me his (Hidden by Airbnb) number, so anything we needed he was just a phone call away. Everything you would need for a self catering trip can be found in Kalkan which is about 10 minutes drive away. The have main supermarkets such as Migros, or local butchers and shops as well. I can honestly say the entire experience was outstanding, and we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you Baransel for such a lovely experience :)
The house is great and a perfect holiday location. The pool is very pleasant but deep with no shallow end so please be aware. The guys on the ground from the letting agency were very polite and friendly and typical of Kalkan where the hospitality is generally great. The food in town is very good too and one of us is a vegetarian who found there was plenty non-meat things but you did have to pick your restaurant carefully. The best food in my opinion is found in restaurants like Hunkar, and the two opposite, who cater for Muslims and so no alcohol and serve superb kebabs - great value too. Lots to do. Worth going on a boat trip (£28 on a boat call Zuess) which lasts all's day and you snorkel at various spots. The lunch included is good too. We also hired a car and went to Patara beach (10 mins) where one payment of about £3 gets you up to 10 visits to the beach and incredible ruins which are right next to it and very quiet. The tourist market on Thursday is good fun too. all good.
Hi Ugur Many thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. It was gorgeous and the location was amazing! Dideniz was amazingly attentive and helpful and the pool was incredible. The Villa is set in the most incredible location, the views are incredible and worth the trip up the road! The pool in beautiful and was immaculately clean with very comfortable pool side furniture. We were looked after very well by the caretaker. The seal of the door of the fridge became detached and a new fridge was delivered within 30 minutes! Plenty of space and very comfortable beds! We will certainly be one day very soon to this very special place.
Thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful villa Capella. We had two fantastic weeks in Kalkan with good food, fantastic nice people and enjoyed every second of our trip. Special thanks to Ugur, our host, who was always there if we had questions and needed info or help with anything. We really hope to come back and stay in your villa another time. Thanks and cheers from Family Grönvall and family Gavelstad
Die Villa ist in einem Top Zustand gewesen. Es gab keinen der etwas zu bemängeln hatte. Alles ist genau so wie es in den Bilder dargestellt wird. Der Ausblick ist 1A.
Stayed here for over a week and the villa really exceeded my expectations. The architecture of the Villa is modern and spacious. Above all the location was breathtaking with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, surrounding mountains and Kalkan City. Just a heads up, you have a 500 meter drive up a steep zig zag dirt road to get to the villa off the main road.
