I can't thank Yakup enough for the beauty of a peaceful place like its name, the beauty of the scenery, the magnificent villa where the sunset can be watched, and the host's being so kind and helpful

It was our first experience at the villa and it will never be the last, we were so pleased that it is impossible to describe.. We felt like we were in our clean and hygienic home. Your pool is cleaned with care every morning. The rooms are spacious and bright, the magnificent view intertwined with nature, the calmness and silence away from the city.. everything is thought out to the smallest detail It has surpassed even our dreams, every detail cannot be explained, I really say it can be lived... The fact that there is a grocery store five minutes away from your villa, 10 minutes from Kalkan, every detail has been thought of, we are very pleased, we are leaving very happy and we will definitely see you again next time. The tremendous hospitality of Villa Owner Yekta Bey was great. My wife and I had the privilege of being the first guests of the villa. Glad we chose this villa. We did not look for our home in this place we came for our honeymoon. White goods, pots, pans, sitting group, all of them are of very high quality. Yekta Bey was very sensitive about this issue, not only as a holiday place, but also he chose and designed everything as his own home. Another issue is privacy. Yekta Bey has designed the villa so beautifully that you can't be seen going in and out of the pool from anywhere. Not to mention the view of the poolside while you sit and drink your drink and the sea view from your room when you wake up. There are 2 suites and a jacuzzi in each room. Sauna and Turkish Bath were also great. If I summarize all that I have written, it is a beyond perfect house for honeymooners. I'm sure you'll understand what I mean when you come.

We were guests of Villa Yankı in the first week of July. It was one of the best holidays we've ever had. I can say that it is an indispensable address especially for conservative families. It was perfect for its shelter, cleanliness and being in touch with nature. The hosts were two very friendly and hospitable ladies. Pool and garden were cleaned every morning. It does justice to its name. It is a truly peaceful villa, not in a bad location, with a beautiful view, but since there is no bus or minibus for transportation, those who come without a car may experience difficulties. The host is very tolerant and understanding, you will not regret coming here.

Although the villa is only a bit of a problem in terms of location, if you come by car, there will be no problem. We did not know a villa owner like our host Yakup, a wonderful understanding and helpful person, we are thinking of repeating it next year. We loved this villa, which we chose as our first villa trial with 2 children. At first we had fears. It's exactly the same as in the photos, but it's exactly the same. We thought it would be difficult to prepare a meal, but it's much easier than going down to breakfast with 2 kids at the hotel. Village eggs, strained yogurt from the market. You can order , frozen potatoes etc. You can order everything. Since it is on the hill, there was not much problem of excessive heat. It was always a nice breeze. I had a great holiday with my family, really resting and playing games in the garden. Even a week was short. The landlords are 2 ladies who take care of the house. Each In the morning they clean the garden and the pool. I planted and grew the basil seeds they gave me from their garden. I thank them very much.

My wife and I spent the last week of June here for our honeymoon, the villa is exactly as seen in the pictures, the view is really magnificent, the villa manager Selda was very helpful and smiling, I would definitely recommend this villa.

The hosts welcomed us very well, thank you very much. The interior, exterior, location and view of the villa are very good. Everywhere was clean.

As seen in the pictures, the villa has daily items you need, including barbecue. The place is calm and quiet, but not in a deserted place, there are markets and small restaurants that can make pancakes and trout. The pool is suitable for conservative families, it is not visible from the outside and is cleaned daily. There are places to visit and beaches at a distance of 25 km.
