We stayed in the villa for a week... We woke up very satisfied with everything... Even better than the picture... Bathrooms/toilets were all very clean!!! The owner of the villa, Uncle Ismet, is a very good person.. he took care of us.. Everything is available.. there are many markets nearby and they do home delivery...

So we had a very nice holiday. The villa is a clean, comfortable, indoor pool is pleasant in cold weather, it is a quiet conservative villa with a beautiful view of the outside pool. Also thanks to Mehmet Bey

The villa we chose for our honeymoon holiday was influenced by the natural comments and we made the place we chose so well that we now understand better why everyone is so satisfied. As a peaceful and clean place in the greenery, we did not have any troubles, it is very close to everywhere. At first I had fears about whether my vacation would go well. But after coming here, I have no fear anymore. Very close to the center of Kalkan, very quiet and beautiful Villa Tepe is definitely for a holiday.

The villa we have been going regularly for 3 years is lean. It offers you an unforgettable holiday with its location, architecture, landscape and incredibly caring villa owners. You encounter more beautiful things than the images seen on the page. When we wake up in the morning, you wake up to the wonderful bird sounds and have a pleasant breakfast by the cleaned pool. You can enjoy the pool and sunbathing all day long in the villa, which has been designed considering all kinds of needs during the day, and you have a super dinner at the extraordinary sunset in the evening. You can enjoy many flowers and wonderful plants and various fruits in the garden. The villa owners, who welcome you with their smiling face and pleasant conversations at the first entrance to the villa, are incredibly tolerant and nice people who do not spare their attention during the holiday and offer many treats. There is a lot more to write about, but the best is to live :) Thank you very much to the holiday VILLAM family for enabling us to have such an opportunity. We are a family that has been on holiday in star hotels for years. Due to possible hesitations in our minds, we entered the villa as two families with children. Yasin's humble and sincere dialogue made us very happy. We had a very enjoyable and problem-free, full week's holiday. The unique atmosphere of the villa, the general attitude of the tradesmen, made us very happy. The furnishing of the furniture, which is exactly the same as the promotional photos, the innovation and cleanliness of the building, the size of the pool and the presence of the children's pool section, the smooth operation of the air conditioners, the cleaning of the terrace and pool every morning, the size of the terrace area, received full marks from us in terms of comments. If the shock on the connecting road of the villa is not taken into account :)) we recommend it to everyone for a wonderful holiday...

Beautiful clean, villa, with large rooms and excellent facilities. We really enjoyed the pool, which was always at a pleasant temperature - just be aware that you can't stand up anywhere in it (and I am 6ft). In a great location for restaurants - which are all top class for food (especially Aqua Bistro about 100 yards away), and the usual Turkish helpfulness and friendliness! It was a 20-25 minute walk to the center - which was very pleasant on the way there, but is all uphill on the way back. But this didn't matter as the taxis are only 15Lira (about £2 in total!). The Baransel staff are all very friendly and helpful (the hairdryer wasn't working and they replaced it with a new one immediately). In summary, thanks for a great holiday, and would definitely consider going back to the villa and Kalka

THE AIR IN KALKAN IS AWESOME NO HUMIDITY THE POOL IS AWESOME I HOPE HOW TO BOOK 2019, BEFORE MY HOLIDAY IS END. I RECOMMEND IT TO ALL HOLIDAYS. Villa at a point overlooking Kalkan and Patara beaches. It has a very beautiful architecture and nature. I think I had a good vacation. Moreover, Selcuk Bey, the owner of the villa, was very interested.
