The fact that the villa has a heated pool is a nice advantage, and in general, the material and device selections are good when it is first built. In general, I would recommend their evaluations for those who will make a villa holiday. Cleaning before entering was nice; however, there are deficiencies due to usage and requiring revision. I write the following in order; 1) One of the interior lights of the indoor pool is not working. 2) Television channels were installed when I entered the villa. 3) Many functions (almost all) of the jacuzzi do not work, I am not satisfied at all. 4) The treadmill doesn't work, the bike didn't exist anyway. 5) The kitchen materials were of good quality when first purchased, but they should be renewed with use, especially pans. 6) The tiles of the bath, where the jacuzzi is located, seem dirty, dirty with use, extensive chemical cleaning is a must. 7) Since the tops of the trees in front of the villa are not pruned, the sea is not visible. With a small pruning, both the sea is visible and the protection of the villa is intact.

Villa Ayles is a villa where you can spend a very nice holiday with its location, cleanliness and view. It is the 4th villa we have stayed in in Kalkan and it is definitely the best in everything. As two families, we preferred Villa Zens in our Kalkan holiday. Although we went in the first week of October, the weather was very hot, swimming in the pool and even in the sea was not a problem. We especially liked that the villa has a hot pool. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the villa and the staff helping us with our requests and thank you very much for everything. The location of the villa, the heated pool, the jacuzzi in the 2 large bedrooms and the private barbecue for barbecue made us say that we chose it very well. In addition, the villa definitely has a perfect view as it appears in the photos, so we would definitely recommend it to those who want to choose it. We had a very enjoyable holiday.
