First of all, I would like to thank our host Mr. Halis and his wife for their interest. The treats they made from the vegetables they collected from their own garden and the eggs of their own chickens were delicious. The location of the villa is very nice. We had a great time as kids. Believe me, I have vacationed in very luxurious hotels, but it was my first vacation that I enjoyed so much. Local people are very friendly. Access to the center is easy. Everything has been thought of in the villa. I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much for everything.

Villa Linda is simply perfect, we chose it by looking at the pictures and we did not regret it. Every need has been considered. We had a wonderful holiday in every way. However, it is a bit far from the center in terms of location and there is a temperature difference of about 3 degrees between it and Kalkan. It would be useful for those who are going to take these issues into consideration. The only missing part of the villa is the indifference of Durmuş Ali, the villa manager. It is said very interested in other comments, but we did not see the same interest. Because we saw him for 2 minutes at the first entrance and 2 minutes at the exit.

In June 2021, we had a holiday for 8 people for 1 week. Due to the location of the house, it has a calm and peaceful view and there is a light breeze in the evenings. In a word, the location of the house is great. There is everything one could need in the house. The coffee machine and the garden are not in the description to be released, but they are at home. In case of any need, Mr. Ramazan, the owner of the house, is very concerned. Thank you to him. See you next year.

In the pandemic conditions, we came across Villa Babil when we were talking about a hotel or a villa. The location is great, walking distance to the Patara market, close to the beach. Everything was thought of inside the villa, the indoor garden pool was great, the cleanliness of the house was perfect. Especially If you have children, choose Villa Babil.

I can say that the gemo villa was even more beautiful than the pictures. With its extremely new furniture, well-kept garden and immaculate bathroom-bed kitchen, it seriously satisfied. The pool and garden were cleaned every morning and we lost our minds. The host, Cenk, took care of everything, from one or two private jobs to ours, thank you. Barbecue by the pool and spending time in the evening was very nice. We left saying that we will definitely meet again.. try it yourself.

3 families, 12 people in total, stayed for 1 week. We were very pleased, there was everything from the fan of the barbecue to the long lighter. The wiew is wonderful. The items are new and stylish. The hot water was running a little. Cleaning could be a little better, but not dirty. The slope is a bit steep, but we did not have much difficulty with the cars, we got used to it in 2 days. You can easily go to the sea on foot, but the return is difficult because it is uphill :) So a car is a must. We went to the market on foot in the morning, but we came. I recommend the bakery opposite the guarantee bank.

Definitely a villa that I can recommend to everyone if you go to Kalkan. We enjoyed a beautiful honeymoon with my wife. Also, thank you very much to Selami who took care of the villa, it was a wonderful holiday

Villa Arcadia is a very pleasant and useful villa with its architecture and design. The pool offers a pleasant holiday opportunity for a family with its very well sheltered structure. Evening view, another day, another early morning, we were very pleased as a family. Mr. Bünyamin, the owner, is a quality person. He welcomed us with his sincere behavior. It made us feel at home. The separate air conditioner in each room of the villa was perfect. I would like to thank Mr. Bünyamin very much for the holiday villa and I say rent this place without hesitation, it gives you the right to the last penny of your money We want to be here again next year, God willing, it was my first Villa rental, I don't go to the hotel anymore
