The view is superb, we stayed for 8 days, we enjoyed it, it's a beautiful place, I recommend it to everyone, it was difficult to leave, I hope we will be able to do it again
Villa Owner Yusuf Bey and his brother Uğur, together with their families, welcomed us very well, they took care of us, and I thank each of them individually from here, but the season was not opened when we went, but if it is such a beautiful place before it opens, I think I will come again to see the liveliness when it opens and as I said, you make very good friends before everything else. We had a beautiful 7-day holiday. A quiet and peaceful area with a magnificent view. We rested very well. We watched the stars and the moon at night. Responsible Bünyamin Bey is very interested and relevant, I also appreciate his honest behavior that fulfills all our wishes and desires immediately. We enjoyed it very much. Its pool, sauna and Yakuzisi made the point with the view. Everything was in place and this was not our last visit.

We came to villa arcadia for a honeymoon holiday, it is a wonderful place with its view and nature, it stands out with its wooden architecture.
A gorgeous home was the most luxurious experience we've ever had. A wonderful view, I think it's a brand new house with the best location in Kalkan. The hot pool is an unbelievable pleasure, we swam against the magnificent view even if the weather was cool or raining. The host, Abdullah, and his wife are also very helpful. Everything was perfect first of all. There were no problems or problems with the villa, just as seen in the photos, the bikes were especially well thought out. We thank you for everything. There was always someone who could help when we had a question. The problem we have is related to the office. I ask them to be a little more careful, the working friends need to do their money count well. After a very good week, we got a little bored. At the end of the day, they pleased us, but the fact that it was recorded that you gave five hundred lira at the end of the day after a deposit of one thousand lira bothered us, it was only the loss of trust in the company. But I would like to say that it was compensated afterwards.
We rented it for 1 week for our honeymoon in August of 2020 and we were very satisfied. It was very good at cleaning, it is a super house for conservative families and a very big house for large families.
Having both adult and children's pools is a great advantage.
Our host also chlorinated the pool every morning and cleaned the pool. He took great care of all of our problems.
Everything is there except for personal use in the house and it is considered new.
It can be a bit tiring in terms of transportation and it is necessary to go by car.

Words are not enough to describe this Villa. The moment we stepped inside for the first time and encountered that magnificent view, we did not know what to say, we did not expect this. Akruins, which belongs to a fascinating landscape that is a thousand times more beautiful than pictures and videos. Waking up to the endless view of the indoor heated pool in the bedroom was like a dream every morning. It was also a great privilege to be able to use that pool with jacuzzi function. The villa was fully furnished, decorated and immaculately prepared for us. Furnishings, kitchen and bathrooms are very modern and comfortable. The terrace section was also very beautiful. We spent most of our time there. The owner of the villa, Abdullah, had the outside pool prepared for us, even though it was out of season. Even though it was cold due to the weather conditions, we experienced it. We had a perfect holiday, thank you very much, and we wholeheartedly recommend Villa Akruins to everyone! :)
At the end of December, around January for 11 days, we wanted to rest our minds and there were not many rental villas. We chose this place, and from the time we arrived until the day we checked out, we were treated with quality, undisturbed. Our garbage was taken, the pool was cleaned, they removed the things around for rain and laid them out again. A very clean and quiet place. Transportation is a bit bad, but there are no complaints about going to Kalkan anyway, it's always mountain and stone. There was no carpet in the villa, but they brought hair so that I could pray, and because it was winter, the marbles were cold, but the air conditioners warmed us, and I would not recommend it to families with babies (2 years old), the fear of the pool was worse than I thought, my wife and I. It was necessary to wait for the hot water for a while (This is normal anyway, you can switch between the solar system and the electric heating system). We definitely recommend. Orders from the grocery store arrive at the villa (even if it's a single loaf of bread). Maybe 200-300 meters ahead, there is a place for hiking in nature, you can go up to the mountain through the olive groves and have a different view. We have stayed in 4 holidayvillam villas so far and we have not liked any villa this much. When there is a problem, they take care of it right away.
