We stayed between 19-26 June, the villa is in an isolated location, quiet and very calm, easy to reach Fethiye and Ölüdeniz. We received the villa as cleaned very well, the pool was maintained every 2 days, no problem. However, the main issue is that there are too many power outages in the region. It was said that it was infrastructure work. we were without electricity for at least 3 hours and at most 7 hours every day. Although electricity alone does not seem to be very important, the water of the villa comes from the well system in the garden, it uses the electrical system to bring water from this well to the house, so when the electricity goes out, the water does not work :) It was a long time when we could not get out of the pool because we could not take a shower :) The period we stayed was not very hot, it was very Air conditioning can be a problem in hot weather due to power cuts.

In the previous years, we had a holiday in the regions of islam, grape, this time we wanted a place close to the sea and the center, we booked this place, but the house turned out to be more beautiful than the pictures, the villa was restored in 2021, a wonderful jacuzzi was added to the balcony on the 2nd floor, we loved it. Although the location of the villa is great, the hill road is very steep and it is very difficult to get out by car. Be careful if you are going to park the vehicles in the place of the vehicle belonging to the villa. The rear wheels of our two vehicles were up in the air, we were quite afraid. Since I stayed with another company last year, I inevitably go for comparison. The top floor room's roller blind was in pieces. The pool floor was quite clean in terms of cleaning. There were holes in the drains on the floor in the bathroom, like hair and fluff. So the floor where the sink was washed was dirty. No customer would be happy to see this mess. Cleanliness is 4 out of 10. Cleanliness is bad, especially in detail. Also, pay attention to the chairs. There may be sun breakage in the pool floor chairs. When I realized, Mr. İlyas brought a new garden chair immediately. Priorities may be different. However, if I were to go again, I could choose last year's company. The villa is perfect for a small family. We really liked the cleaning. Everything was brand new and very high quality. The outdoor pool is also fully sheltered, one can feel very comfortable. Thank you to Hasan, we had a very nice holiday.

The owner, Seda, was a very sweet person. There are many villas next to each other, but no one sees anyone, we stayed for 7 days, we did not see anyone, not even a sound was heard. It is a very decent and quiet place, 5-10 minutes from the center, you can do your grocery shopping from there, and a food basket does not come that way. If you want to eat out, you can go down to the center every evening and eat. Since there are no grocery stores etc. around the villa, I would say to shop cautiously because you can be lazy to go to the center, in case of the slightest shortcoming, you can't go to the grocery store and buy it. Everything was perfect, highly recommended.
