We found Villa Anıl by chance upon a recommendation, we liked it very much when we looked at its visuals and we rented it right away. I was someone who had never been to Kalkan before and didn't even know where he was, but I'm glad I came and saw it and I'm glad we kept Villa Anı. The shape and structure of the building was so beautiful that I can't finish it. There is a room with a pool downstairs, and on the upper floor there are two other rooms with a magnificent view, Turkish bath and sauna. The villa was so big that we might have had some trouble deciding where to sleep. We were also very happy that the building was disinfected against the corona virus and cleaned well. Because it was quite scary to have a vacation during this period, but the smell of cleaning when we entered the villa instantly relieved us. In addition, the Villa was very clean and the pool caretaker comes early in the morning every day, throws the pool's medicines and cleans the garden and pool. That's why our garden and pool were clean every day. As a first time villa vacationer, we were very pleased with the family and we will repeat this every year. I would also like to thank Mr. Anıl, the owner of Villa Anıl, for taking us to our building and giving us all the necessary information and information about where to go. This building is definitely our family recommendation. We enjoyed it very much, I hope we will be together in the summer.

We spent our honeymoon in this villa. The view from the villa is amazing! Beautiful in the evening, beautiful in the morning. Also, you can be sure that it is a conservative villa, but you still need to be careful because there are other houses in front of the garden (there is a danger of being seen from the front of the garden or on the balconies). The road to the villa is very steep and narrow, so there may be some problems with taxi drivers or ordering home. Despite this, we were very, very pleased with the villa. Everything was perfect, be it its cleanliness, rooms, garden and view.

I loved the villa. It was unbelievably amazing and immaculate. It looks better than the pictures, Viila. When we had a problem or question, Villa owner Zekeriya Abi always helped us. Although we stayed there for two weeks, it was not enough for us. In addition, the location of the Villa is wonderful. From there you can reach the sights around the beautiful Kalkan!

All details are arranged down to the smallest detail and the place is very clean. There are a lot of kitchen utensils. Between the photo and the real situation, I can easily say that it is better than the photo. Landscape is very beautiful. My family and I decided to take a vacation like this for the first time. When I made the reservation, we had question marks in our minds until we saw Villa Sirius... We had a holiday as 2 families in the last week of June 2, 2020 at Villa Melek. First of all, we would like to thank Ms. Güliz for their interest and Mr. Mehmet for taking care of the house. They were really very involved and relevant. Before commenting, the location of the house is very high and the road is 15 minutes to the center, but you always go uphill. Coming to the house, let's start with the shortcomings first. 1- The beds used in the villa are old and not comfortable, they need to be changed urgently. 2- Refrigerator is problematic, needs to be changed. 3- Seating group is insufficient. 4- The filter coffee machine does not work. 5- Since it is a natural environment, there are no mosquito nets for ants, bees, butterflies and insects, and there is insufficient spraying. This subject is very important!!! 6- Exterior Iron door is troublesome and comes off its tracks. Because it is very heavy, it is dangerous and urgent solution must be found. 7- The sports field needs some maintenance. The water from the pool accumulates on the field. 8- It is absolutely necessary to make a sunshade on the sitting group by the pool. These are the shortcomings we see but the pros are more 1 -The fact that it is very high in terms of its location causes you not to experience a nice coolness in the summer heat. But you should definitely get pool heating. 2- You can have a holiday as a family without being disturbed by anyone. 3- The house is really large and spacious. 4- The most important thing for the holiday, the pool and the outdoor jacuzzi are excellent and very large. 5- Parking lot for at least 3 cars is very nice. 6- Sports activities are good for entertainment. 7- The house is very clean. It is cleaned every day. 8- Pool heating is very good. Also, the pool area is very large.

It was the place I enjoyed the most among the places I had vacationed so far. My wife and I spent our honeymoon here.. The attention of the staff of my holiday villa and most importantly for us, the comfort of our own home, which the owner of the villa, Bünyamin, offered us was very special.

We rented the house as the last customer of the season. Zekeriya, the owner of the villa, was very helpful in every sense. Everything was perfect. I guess the heated pool is a bit insufficient since it is only December. It wasn't hot enough.

The villa is as in the photos, there is more, there is no minus. Nature, silence, wonderful atmosphere, a place to take off the busyness of the year. Now is our 2nd day. It's warm even though it's winter. Everything is running smoothly, the indoor pool temperature is fine.. it's raining outside and we can enjoy the pool with my 4 year old son... Everything has been thought of, from the okey team to table tennis, everything is available (backgammon, playing cards, all equipment machines etc. etc..) There is even a prayer rug

Fatihbey really made a perfect villa for families with children. You don't understand how the time passes in Villa Linda. We went with 2 groups of friends, we had a lot of fun because villa phoenix and villa linda were side by side.
