Everything was perfect, it was a holiday just as we wanted it, thank you very much to Mr. fatih who came to help us with our slightest problem, a recommendation from me, bring your food from home
Perfectly located villa on a quiet road yet still easy walking distance down to the old town and beaches. The walk back up is quite steep so we always go taxis but they're so cheap it doesn't matter. The host was excellent in arranging our transfers and a late checkout. We also had a basic food package for our arrival which was great since we arrived early am. Pool area is very spacious for 6 people and shade available if you need it. The rooms were well sized and had ensuites, AC and balconies. The terrace on the top floor is perfect for pre-dinner drinks. Supermarket is just a 2-3min drive away. Space for parking if you decide to hire a car. The housekeeper is also very helpful in keeping the pool clean, watering the plants and taking away rubbish throughout the week. Couldn't fault it, would definitely go back!
Villa Capella is an excellent villa with lots of space for everybody. Its very well equipped to make for a truly relaxing stay. The pool and terrace area is large with a Bbq and wonderful views of the harbour and surrounding hills. A great place to watch the sunset, especially from the heated infinity pool, just fabulous. Kalkan is absolutely lovely and its people were very friendly.
This Villa is in an exceptional location, about as high up as you can get in Kalkan, on the edge of the town, but with easy (10 mins) access to the centre. It has three large double bedrooms all with jacuzzis plus a decent sized twin. There was loads of space for our party of 6, but possibly not enough equipment if it had 8 staying (chairs, loungers etc). The infinity pool overlooks the sea and town and has great views of the sunset too. And we only found out once there, but the location is about 20 metres away from the Lycian Way, Which I think was Turkey’s first long distance marked footpath. We did about 2km off it, up the hill with even better views. The games room has another small indoor pool in it, and a good pool table and table football table. The ice hockey table wasn’t working though. If you go, please feed the cats - they’re very cute and unobtrusive.
Convenient to Kalkan downtown, many area beaches and tourist sites, and lots of restaurants (including delivery options). The home is spacious for lots of guests and the pool/patio are lovely for days at home.
After two weeks of research, we chose Villa Anka for our honeymoon and when we went and saw it, we realized that we made the right choice. The interior and garden of the villa is immaculate and every detail you may need is available in its highest quality form. Living room, kitchen, rooms, sauna, Turkish bath, pool, garden, everything is as stated on the site and even more beautiful. Even in the smallest situation, they immediately take care of you and make an effort to please you. At this point, we would like to express our sincere thanks to Durmuş Ali, as he did his best to help us. We would also like to thank you for the surprise decoration made for us as a honeymoon couple. A villa that conservative families can choose without hesitation, the garden is in no way visible from the outside and is safe. I hope we will come again one day
This was our third holiday in Kalkan. As always, Tatilvillam employees were helpful in everything, only the interior cleaning of the villa was not good at all, especially the cleanliness of the kitchen, everything else was good. Before that, we stayed at Villa Doguda and Villa Feyza, everything there was Number 10 5 Stars.
Villa Berrak, which we chose for our honeymoon, was incredibly beautiful. I would like to thank the host Selcuk Bey for his interest. There is nothing you want at home but cannot find. It is a great place for large families and those who want to relax.
Villa Coton was perfect for the two of us. We especially enjoyed the indoor spa area. 100% recommend, and cannot wait to return in the future.
Extremely beautiful villa. Steep road leading to the villa, however the view from the terrace was well worth it.
