Between September 28 and October 2, I rented Mulberry 4 villa, located in Kalkan, on the Tatil Villam site, for 4 nights and 5 days for honeymoon. Of course, I had to research for such a special holiday. Some incidents on the website There is a complaint caught my attention and made me hesitate. Then I called the holidayvillam Fethiye headquarters and asked about the accuracy of these claims. At that time, an employee named Havva answered my questions and stated that the allegations were misrepresented, that their goals were different and that they would not experience any setbacks with their company. Since my wife liked the villa very much, we said that we would take a gamble and believe in the interlocutors, namely Havva Hanım, that we would set out on a 1100 km road. As a matter of fact, it was so until the last day. The villa was more beautiful than the photos, clean and greeted with a truly incredible view. However, although the power cut we experienced on the last day made us a little nervous, we left satisfied in general. The style, the sullenness and even the arrogance we encountered when we went to the shield company to state that they had such a defect, that they had to fix it, and to collect our deposit, pushed me to seek my rights. When I called to convey this attitude of theirs to the headquarters, Havva Hanım got on the phone again and I explained the situation to her. I would like to thank the person of the Kalkan branch who calmed the tension caused by his cocky attitude in the style of "We have nothing to do, go do whatever you are doing". He was aware of the situation, stated that the problem was not the fault of the customer and that the grievance would be resolved immediately, which he did. He deposited the cost of the broken charger into our account within 1 hour. This attitude and behavior created a professional atmosphere with both customer relations, public relations and PR approaches. We wish such people to be in all institutions and companies, and we wish their numbers to increase. As a customer and academician, I invite Kalkan Tatilvillam branch to the same courtesy, awareness and motto, and I recommend them to improve themselves in this regard.

The villa we chose for our honeymoon. An incredibly beautiful and pleasant house, waking up to the view, enjoying the pool in the fresh air.. I think it is inexplicable, it must be experienced! Due to its location, it is very close to both the markets and the center. I am sure that you will admire the villa with the most beautiful view in its vicinity :) and Yasin's caretaker and meticulous workmanship. The villa is located in a quiet location, very close to the forest and the sea. In addition, the features and visuals written in the introduction of the villa are exactly the same, we could not see any difference between the promised and the ones we encountered. We were also very pleased with the cleaning, especially if you are hesitant about cleaning, you can definitely choose this villa. Hello, I was very satisfied with my holiday. It is located far from the city but also close to the city. I was very satisfied with the employees, especially Durmuş Ali Bey. We had a very nice family holiday at Melek 1 in September. Especially my brother Mehmet and İsmail, who were interested in the villa, did whatever we wanted. The biggest advantage of Melek1 is that it has a large sheltered area. Everything you need in the kitchen is available and very useful. Thanks to the heated pool, we were able to enjoy the pool even at night. The disadvantage of this villa is that it is in a high location and the road is curved. But in terms of price performance, these can be considered. A small suggestion, if anyone is considering this villa in September and after, they should ask for pool heating.
