Villa Agena

This fabulous modern villa is situated on the slopes of Kalkan in the Kızıltaş area. From it's elevated position it boasts amazing views sweeping down through Kalkan, the harbour and out over the Mediterranean Sea. It's contemporary open-plan designed interior and decor lend a light and spacious atmosphere to the villa. The most striking space at this villa is the pool terrace with it's large infinity pool which merges perfectly with the turquoise sea. The spectacular sea view can be appreciated from every room of the villa; all of the en-suite bedrooms are front facing with balconies that gaze out to the picturesque Mouse and Snake islands which float on the horizon. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan kitchen and living room which is filled with sunlight from it's full height windows and connects to the pool terrace outside. For an enchanting holiday for a large group this villa is the perfect choice. 

Guests who are considering this villa should be aware that the road leading to the villa is steep The center of Kalkan is around a 10 minute walk from the villa following the roads downhill. However to return to the villa the uphill walk can be challenging in the heat so guests my wish to hire a car or use the reasonably priced local taxi service to take the uphill journey back to the villa. For guests who hire a car there is ample parking space available.

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as MT are determined by our authorised staff by means of GS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
