Villa Alisa

Villa Alisa a secluded two bedroom villa situated in the traditional village of Üzümlü in the hills above Kalkan town center. The villa has views of green mountains, a farming village and the world heritage site of Patara beach and the sea in the distance. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that is partially hidden from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience more privacy on their holiday. The pool terrace to the front of the villa sits in a landscaped garden and has a large private pool with integrated children's dipping pool, swing, terrace with shaded dining area and BBQ and sunbathing area.

The interior occupies two floors, on the ground floor is an open-plan living room and kitchen with dining table, comfortable furnishings and pool terrace access. The villa has been finished to a very high standard with stylish fittings and features the local natural stone used in it's construction in it's interior design. On the first floor are the villas' two en-suite bedrooms, a twin and a double with jacuzzi in the bathroom, each with balcony access from where guests admire the views of green mountains, a quiet village and Patara beach and sea in the distance. 

Üzümlü village where villa Alisa is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a village lane and parking space is available next to the entrance inside a private gate.

Villa Alisa is located close to several of our other featured villas; villa Yankı and villa Yalın. Groups who want to rent more than one villa close together are invited to explore these villas.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
