Villa Amelas

Villa Amelas, located in Kalkan's Kiziltas area is a brand new luxury 5 bedroomed villa, completed during 2021. The villa has been designed and completed with our valued guests in mind in order to bring relaxation and luxury to your holiday. The outdoor pool terrace of the villa, has enough room for all members of the family to spend quailty time togther; whether it be dining together al-fresco, enjoying barbeques or spending time in the villas outdoor pool. The ground floor of the villa has access to the pool terrace, as well as consisting of a spacious and open-plan kitchen diner, there is also a large and comfortable seating area where all members of the family can come together to spend quality time. Located on the lower ground floor of Villa Almelas is a cinema room, indoor pool, sauna as well as a small games area and working out area (consisting of a pool table and excercise bike). The upper floors of this luxurious villa consist of the villas 5 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom - giving perfect room for everyone to holiday together). 

The center of Kalkan is around a 15 minute walk from the villa following the roads downhill. However to return to the villa the uphill walk can be challenging in the heat so guests my wish to hire a car or use the reasonable priced local taxi service to take the uphill journey back to the villa. For guests who hire a car there is parking space at road level next to the villa entrance.

Note: On the ground floor of our villa, there is a Cinema Room, Billiards Table, Foosball, Treadmill, Exercise Bike, Heated Indoor Pool, and Sauna.

Pool Floor Terrace: Sunbathing area, Private pool and Private garden

Details: There is a dining table for 10 people, 10 sun loungers, a barbecue, a parasol, a sitting area (Mansion), a swing, a private swimming pool.

Outside Pool; Width: 3.50 m, Length: 12.00 m, Depth: 1.55 m

Indoor pool; Width: 4.00 m , Length: 6.00 m , Depth: 1.10 m

The indoor pool of our villa is heated and can be acticated free of charge between 1st October and 30th April. Pool heating may take up to 3 days to full heat, so we recommend guests request this feature at the time of booking.

Details : There are two single beds, Nightstand, Makeup table, Air conditioning, Wardrobe, Bathroom, Exit to the balcony.

4.Bedroom: Suit Family Bedroom,

Details : There is a double bed, a nightstand, a TV, a make-up table, an air conditioner, a wardrobe, a bathroom.

5th Bedroom: Suit Family Bedroom,

Details : Double bed, Nightstand, Vanity table, Air conditioning, Wardrobe, Bathroom.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
