Villa Avva

Villa Avva, located in Kalkan's Uzumlu Village, is a luxury honeymoon villa, that was completed in May 2021. Designed with our conservative guests in mind, the pool and it's pool terrace have been hidden from outside view - allowing guests to holiday and relax in privacy. As well as this, the pool terrace features an outdoor dining table, perfect for evenings dining out by the pool, as well as a children's play area. The interior of the villa has been modernly designed and furnished with comfortable fittings; with an open plan kitchen lounge and two bedrooms (bothb fitted with jacuzzis) - the villa is ideal for honeymoon couples or small families.

Üzümlü village where villa Avva is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. 

Note : There is also a Sauna room in the villa.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. If there is no damage / damage during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa, the deposit amount will be returned to the guest.
