Villa Elgiva

Located centrally in Kalkan’s Ortaalan region is Villa Elgiva; a brand new luxury concept villa with the capacity to sleep 4 guests amongst 2 bedrooms. Villa Elgiva is spread over two floors, and features plenty of space for all members of the family to holiday together. The villa’s pool terrace is spacious and features a private pool as well as landscaped gardens, guests may want to dine al-fresco during the evenings or soak up the sun’s rays in the Summer time. Indoors an open plan kitchen and living room await you. Here, families or groups of friends can enjoy dining together during the daytime or cosy up during the evening to watch TV. Villa Elgiva features 2 bedrooms on the first floor of the villa; one double with an in-room Jacuzzi a twin bedroom. Located on this villa's basement floor is a further bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Villa Elgiva's basement floor has been designed with entertainment in mind; here guests will find an indoor pool (heated in the winter), a Turkish bath and sauna - all creating an at home spa for added luxury on your well deserved holiday. 

Villa Elgiva is located within walking distance to Kalkan centre and makes for an ideal location for guests whom prefer to be close to amenities. For guests who wish to hire a car car parking is available on the road outside the villa.

Note: This villa has an underfloor heating system that will be activated between November and March free of charge.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 

The indoor pool of our villa is heated. Pool heating can be activated free of charge between 1st October and 30th April (maximum temperature of the pool is between 25-29 degrees). During other months the pool can be heated at request for a fee.The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
