Villa Flamingos, located in Kalkan's Uzumlu region is a two bedroom bungalow style holiday villa with the capacity to sleep 4 guests. Tucked away in a quiet and rural location Villa Flamingos is an ideal rental for honeymooners or even small families looking to holiday away from the bustle of the city, and would prefer a more relaxed and peaceful break. The pool terrace to the villa has been furnished with outdoor furniture as well as sunloungers, allowing guests to dine al fresco and soak up the suns rays. Located inside is an open plan kitchen diner, modern Master bedroom and a further twin bedroom on the upper floor.
Üzümlü village where Villa Flaminos is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries.

The pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge (between October 1 - April 30) on request. (Maximum 25 - 30 degrees) The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note: There is only one bathroom in this villa.
Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
