Villa Gredi

This remarkable contemporary villa is found on the slopes of  Kalkan's Kızıltas area. From it's elevated position there are breathtaking uninterrupted views of Kalkan, it's quaint harbour and the Mediterranean sea. This property, spread over 5 floors, offers both indoor and outdoor private pools and a vast sports and games room perfect for active families or large groups. From the sizable pool terrace area the views reaching out over the sea are incomparable. A large infinity pool is at the heart of this space merges seamlessly with the turquoise sea, the ideal place for families to cool off in the heat of summer. There is plenty of space for lounging in the sun and an outdoor BBQ is available too.

In the cool basement level guests can work off the stress of the year on the exercise bike or running machine or perhaps get competitive within their group and play table tennis or pool. The lower basement level houses an indoor pool (please note this pool is not heated). To the center of Kalkan the walk is just 10 minutes and it is a mere 5 minute walk to the nearest convenience store. Villa Gredi awaits discerning guests for a luxurious holiday with all the amenities you could wish for.

Guests who are considering this villa should be aware that the road leading to the villa is steep. The center of Kalkan is around a 10 minute walk from the villa following the roads downhill. However to return to the villa the uphill walk can be challenging in the heat so guests my wish to hire a car or use the reasonably priced local taxi service to take the uphill journey back to the villa. For guests who hire a car there is ample parking space available. 

For extra large groups you may wish to consider Gredi's neighbouring villas' which were designed and built with a similar concept; Villa Agena, Villa Capella, Villa Rigel, Villa Vega.

Note: The deposit amount is 300 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned provided there is no damage found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as MT are determined by our authorised staff by means of GS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
