Villa Hikaye is a magnificent villa with a unique view, located in Kalkan's Kızıltas district. It is a well-equipped villa within walking distance to Kalkan center and the sea. Our villa has 2 en-suite bedrooms and an American kitchen & living room, and it is a suitable option especially for families and honeymoon couples. The terrace has breathatking views across Kalkan. Everything has been thought out to the finest detail and implemented in order for the guests to have a pleasant holiday. The pool terrace is completely integrated with an endless sea view. 

Please note the Kızıtas area of Kalkan is very steep, and although within walking distance to the town centre, the upwards journey can be challenging.

1st Bedroom: Suite Young Bedroom, Sea and Nature View (1st Floor)

Details: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: Suite Family Bedroom, Sea and Nature View (1st Floor)

On the Terrace Floor: There is a pool with a magnificent view, 2 sun loungers, parasol, sitting area.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 Euros. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is seen during the controls to be made at the exit of the villa.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
