Villa Hilal

Villa Hilal is located in the peaceful village of Üzümlü in the hills above Kalkan town. Hilal is part of a complex of four villas in a spacious area with foliage and trees growing all around. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday. The pool terrace to the front of the villa has a large infinity pool with a round outdoor jacuzzi at one end. Space for sunbathing, lounging and dining have all been provided. The stunning views from the terrace and interior are of green hills cascading all the way to the world heritage site of Patara and the sea beyond. 

The villa occupies two floors with all the living space on the ground floor and on the lower ground floor, accessed through the bedroom down a spiral staircase. The architecture in intriguing as the building and rooms are curved in the shape of a crescent moon. Local natural stone has been used in the construction of the building and has been featured as bare walls in the interior design. The living space is light and airy as the whole front of the room is glass from ceiling to floor leading out to the pool terrace. A fully fitted kitchen, dining area and living room are combined in this open-plan room. 

Üzümlü village where villa Hilal is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a long, winding gravel village lane and parking space is available next to the entrance.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
