We spent our holiday at Villa Lavanta between 5-12 September. We were very satisfied. We would also like to thank Mr. Yücel for his assistance. We have stayed in different villas in Üzümlü village before, this place really impressed with its view. Things that can be considered negative are the road from the village to the villa and the insects. If you are staying in nature, you have to turn a blind eye to a few pests, that's all. As for the road, I think something should be done, alternative things can be done with asphalt without disturbing the nature.
This year we had our 6th holiday with Tatilvillam and our 3rd with Lavender. When we come here after the busyness of Istanbul, the only sound we hear is the sound of birds. We really get the opportunity to have a private holiday with your family without being disturbed by anyone. At the same time, it became our meeting place with groups of friends. We rented Nature and Hilal just below and came as a team. First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Havva, who I have been in constant contact with for 6 years and who helped me in every way. Whenever needed, he gave immediate support, he does. I would also like to thank Yucel, who is responsible for the villa we have met for the last two years. He always asks if we need it before we call. We seem to be related to the village of Üzümlü. We had separate conversations with the pide maker and the grocery store. When we leave, all of us are heartbroken. I think we will stay longer next year, one week is not enough anymore.

I regretfully had to cancel my Villa Lavanta holiday, which I rented through Tatilvillam between 12-19 July, due to the current situation. Their ease with money refunds is already admirable, and their kindness and sincerity in our discussions during this process deserves praise. We were extremely pleased with Villa Lavanta, which we entered on July 16, 2018. We came from the Netherlands via Istanbul and it was definitely worth the journey. The real thing is more beautiful than the pictures. It has an incredible view. The view is another beautiful experience, accompanied by morning and evening prayer. Since it was completely sheltered, my wife and daughters were able to swim and sunbathe with peace of mind. In terms of location, the villa is at the top and after a certain place, the road passes to the village road. We had a hard time going up and down because our car was low. I recommend you to shop in Kalkan center before going to the villa. You can get the rest of your shortcomings from the market in Üzümlü village with a phone call.
Since we entered the living area of the insects living there due to its high position, they also came to visit us from time to time, but they leave without disturbing them too much. Although my daughters were timid, they were not adversely affected.
I recommend using ear and nose plugs when entering the pool. We would like to thank the villa attendant for the fresh village eggs. Also, we would like to thank İsmail Bey, one of the Baransel staff, who helped us in the best possible way due to a small problem we had with another villa.
Villa Lavanta is the ideal holiday opportunity for conservative families. It is much more special and relaxing than a 5-star hotel concept for those who do not overlook the food. There are many wonderful places to visit in the region for a day trip: Kaş, Kalkan, Saklıkent, beaches etc. There are possibilities for every taste. Ideal vacation concept for your reset.
IT WAS A PLACE WE PREFERED FOR HONEYMOON. IT WAS AWESOME WITH A WORD. THE LOCATION IS AT THE TOP AND IT HAS A PERFECT VIEW. WE EVEN WATCHED IN THE MORNING BY JUST WATCHING THE Scene :) . We had a holiday in this villa in August 2017. It was truly one of the best vacations we have ever had with my family.
The villa was perfect in terms of its location and view, pool, cleaning, maintenance and most importantly for us, its protection.

you can get anything you want by phone, market, food, meal etc. But for its location, a car is a must.
Until now, we have preferred conservative hotels every year, so we decided to make a change this year. We decided to have a holiday in the Villa that belongs to us only. When we made this decision, we hesitated a little to see if we will encounter the same as we see in the pictures.
I don't know how to explain it to you, the pictures are beyond super, tonight is our last night, I can't sleep because of sadness, our holiday is over
It was the best holiday I have spent with my wife and 3 daughters.

You're alone with the sun villa and your family, nobody sees you
It's a great location, I've stayed in the Islamlar region before. This time we chose the Üzümlü region and Villa Lavanta with the votes of family members. Besides the fact that the villa is new, its location is great, the altitude is 413 mt. You don't even feel the need to run air conditioning in the villa while Kalkan is burning hot. The view of the beach, the pine forests behind it, there is a perfect land especially for those who are interested in nature photography like me. We had a perfect ten days that we did not want it to end.
