Villa Lord

Villa Lord is situated high up on the hills of Kördere above the town of Kalkan. From here the views of rolling green hills meeting the endless blue sea are truly breathtaking. This is a wonderful property for a honeymoon couple as it features a master spa bedroom with indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath, integrated into the shower in the bathroom suite. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace, making this an excellent choice for conservative guests who want to experience privacy on their holiday. A generous terrace has been designed  for the whole family to enjoy leisurely summer days and nights. The large infinity pool has an integrated children’s pool both of which spill out to the sea below. A sheltered green garden, outdoor dining and seating area adjacent to a built in BBQ are provided as well as a comfy swing seat and ample sunbathing space. There is also a table tennis table so guests can work off their stress before cooling off in the pool.

The interior is spaced across two floors with chic fittings and large windows which let in lots of sunlight. From the pool terrace to kitchen and bedrooms all the facilities you could need and more have been thoughtfully provided. The incredible sea views can be enjoyed from every room in the villa and our guests will marvel at the stunning master bedroom spa. This spacious room has a heated indoor pool with skylight open to the bedroom area. In the bathroom section of this en-suite is a separate sauna and hamam (Turkish bath) integrated into the shower area. Adjacent to the master is a twin suite which can be made up as a double, similarly stylish in design with a sheltered balcony to admire the panoramic sea views.

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Lord is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. The villa entrance is accessed by going up two flights of steps and sheltered parking is available at road level below the villa. 

For security an alarm and camera system are fitted at this villa.

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge between October 1st and April 30th on request. The maximum temperature is 25-27 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note: The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
