Villa Pinar

Villa Pınar is a striking modern villa designed for a large group or family situated high up in the hills above Kalkan's picturesque bay in Kördere. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience a little more privacy on their holiday. The villa has been stylishly designed with an open-plan concept and has a clean and contemporary feel. The ground floor homes a open-plan living room and kitchen with dining table and comfortable seating area and large doors that access the pool terrace and flood the room with light. The first floor is taken up by three en-suite bedrooms, one twin (no balcony- olive grove view) and two doubles each of which have their own shared balcony access which enjoy the beautiful sea and surrounding green landscape views. The generous master suite is found on the next floor up with a large bathroom and jacuzzi opposite the bed. This room connects to a large terrace with incredible panoramic views of the far stretching seascape. 

The pool terrace has a generous infinity pool set in the center. In it's surround are sunbeds, a large canopy shaded outdoor BBQ area and near to the ground floor entrance under the shade of a balcony it an outdoor dining table so the whole family can spend enjoyable days outdoors. The edges of the pool terrace are surrounded by curtains for extra privacy 

The Kördere area of Kalkan where Pınar is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.
