Villa Roza 2 is the middle of 3 identical family villas and is an ideal option for several families wishing to holiday together. Guests may wish to browse Villa Roza 1 and Villa Roza 3.
Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
Note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa building.

The villa is a great villa for those who want to make crowded holiday plans with all kinds of equipment. The villa is comfortable, comfortable, clean and has everything you may need. Everything was perfect in the villa where we stayed for 9 people, including the child, and we did not have any problems. Having a children's pool and being close to the center is very convenient for families with children. The cleanliness of the villa was very good. First of all, I would like to express that the difference between the pictures and the reality, which is our biggest fear, is not valid for Roza2. What you see is what you will find. This determination at the first moment was a sign that our holiday would go well, and it was. Since we are the first tenant of the season, the initial shortcomings were promptly completed by Dear Mohammed, the villa manager. All our requests were fulfilled without delay during our 2 week stay. The only thing I would say as a negative was that we could not use the indoor parking lot. It does not suit Roza2 to use the indoor car park as a warehouse for a construction company instead of guests. But we didn't worry about that amidst all your beauty. Of course, we will ask for this problem to be eliminated on our next visit. Thank you Mohammed Brother. Have a nice holiday.
The villa looked very nice from the pictures. We are not satisfied for the following reasons.
On our first day, we encountered the following negativities.
1- Ants surrounded the kitchen and garden. We tried to do something with our own efforts. (There was no pre-control before us. Spraying could be done. After all, we don't pay for a holiday with ants.)
2- Since the air conditioner in the room on the attic was out of gas, we had to sleep in a room like a hammam for a few days. Since the weekend intervened, the deficiency was corrected after 1-2 days. (pre-check could be done and necessary precautions could be taken)
3- There were not enough kitchen utensils in the kitchen (glasses, plates, etc.). . After telling the staff about the villa, the deficiency was fixed. (pre-check could be done)
Although the advertisement of 4-Tatilvillam.com says there is a "car garage" for villa roza 2, we saw that there is no car garage. (If the correct information was given, we would prefer rosa 1 or roza 3.
5-I think there is a problem with the windows of the shower cabin. While I was getting out of the shower cabin, even though I opened it normally, the glass shattered. God forbid we survived a serious accident. I think that the shower cabin doors should be checked for the safety of other guests and to prevent a similar accident from happening again. The aforementioned problem was also conveyed to the female friends in the baransel group's office in Kalkan.
We have never seen the owner of the 6-Villa. We were not satisfied with villaroza 2 and with Tatilvillam.com because we could not find a contact person in general terms and for the reasons above.
More attention should be paid to the work being done and should be treated meticulously. After all, we go on vacation and rest. Not problem solving.
After this experience, I don't think I will use Tatilvillam.com.
