Ideally located in Kalkan's centre, is Villa  Seascape, a luxury villa with the capacity to sleep 6 guests in three bedrooms. Villa  Seascape consists of an open plan living room and kitchen diner, providing enough space for entertaining all members of the family in one place. Located upstairs on the first and second floors are three bedrooms; all of which have their own en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom located on the second floor, has an in-room jacuzzi providing some added luxury to your well deserved holiday. Villa Seascape basement floor has been designed with guests in mind and has been fitted with an indoor pool, sauna and Turkish Bath - creating the feel of upmost luxury. Outdoors the pool terrace consists of a private pool, dining area and grassed garden - allowing young children to play. Sea views can be enjoyed from the terrace, and guests may wish to watch the sunset during the evening.

Villa Seascape, completed under Baransel Groups construction in April 2024, has been furnished comfortably and to a high standard; the interior of the villa is spacious and the villa’s basement floors will provide guests with hours of entertainment throughout their stay. The villa is located ideally within Kalkan centre, allowing guests to comfortably walk into the town; the nearest mini market is less than 500m walk away and the nearest restaurant 750m. 

Villa  Seascape, is located next door to Villa Sally, larger groups or families may choose these villas depending on availabilty. 

Note: Villa  Seascape is located on a steep road in the centre of Kalkan, parking is available at road-level (this is not a private parking space)

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EUR. If no damage is detected during the checks at the villa exit, the deposit amount will be refunded to the guest.
