Villa Yaden, located in Kalkan’s peaceful Üzümlü Village, is a brand new contemporary 2 bedroom villa with an outdoor pool and pool terrace; ideal for guests looking for more privacy on their well deserved holiday. Villa Yaden’s pool terrace features plenty of spaces for sunbathing, dining and even a grassed area located towards the rear end of the villa, and creating an ideal place for young children to play.

The indoors has been designed with an open-plan kitchen living room, allowing you to spend more time with loved ones, and glass patio doors lead out onto the pool terrace. A kitchen island sits in the middle, creating the ideal place for families to dine and enjoy breakfasts. Upstairs two bedrooms can be found; a Master suite and a further twin bedroom. Both bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom and the Master bedroom also has a Jacuzzi for added luxury.

Üzümlü village where villa Yaden is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. There is a private car parking space within the villas grounds.

NOTE: The road leading to the villa is steep and rocky in some places.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 EUR. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
